Martindale Paratrooper
(Approx $47.4496)
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The genuine “Crocodile” blade is made from hot rolled high quality British Steel by the Ralph Martindale mill. The strip is tapered in section to optimise the unique cutting characteristics with the weight of the tool and is therefore lightweight and easy to use. The blade is roll forged to give an outstandingly well balanced tool to meet the arduous demands of outdoor use.
All Martindale handles are made from German beech wood. They monitor the moisture content of the timber to make sure the product is consistent and does not split under normal circumstances. The timber is cross-sawn for maximum strength and stability and the handle is fitted to the blade with solid steel rivets and washers. It is supplied with a nylon and leather sheath and a file sharpener.

Please be aware that all Martindale products are rugged, and designed as working tools (not display items) and some parts are also hand-finished. This means that they may vary slightly from the picture, and the steel is not polished like some other tools on the market. Some light markings on the blades/files are normal with this product.

"Great blade, sits some where between a Golok and a bush knife, good blade length, strong and balanced. Supplied dull but 20mins with the file supplied you have a great, sharp versatile piece of kit. Sheath could be better as the knife has a sloppy fit. Over all every field kit should have one."
