I would to say thank you very much for the excellent service I received from you when I recently bought a knife for my forest skills. I contacted you through facebook on a SUNDAY afternoon to enquiry about recommending a knife. Having not bought a knife before I had no knowledge of what to buy. You contacted me back straight away recommending a number of knives and included a link to review the differences of knife materials (stainless steel and carbon) after reading the review I made a decision and placed my order that evening. You processed my order the next day and my knife came in the post on the Wednesday morning just in time for my camping trip. The service I received was second to none definitely 5 star.
