PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The DD Tarp 3m x 3 is ultralight (720g) and has 19 tough, reinforced attachment points making it extremely versatile. It is the perfect size to provide complete protection for any of our hammocks, and still provide dry living / storage / cooking space around the hammock.
This basha can also be used on its own as a tent roof for those camping on the ground, to provide a camp shelter, or as a ground sheet.
The fabric is PU (3,000mm) coated polyester. Seams are taped.
The 16 reinforced attachment points around the sides of the tarp and 3 attachment points along the centre (ridge) line of the tarp allow it to be set-up in many, many different ways.
In fact, this tarp is so good, it was chosen by Chris Ryan (ex British SAS) and put the test in very, very extreme survival and monsoon conditions in the Amazon rainforest on 'Alone in the Wild', which aired on Discovery Channel in late 2011.
