Sales & Sale related Questions

We operate a quick turnaround mail order internet service from one of our warehouses, so we don’t have a phone sales service as such, however,  If you have an order you would prefer to place via telephone or a product question then please call (01245 264017). This number is for sales and sale related questions only.  Lines are usually open week days 10am until 4pm, and closed weekends.

If the sales line is busy or not manned, please leave your name and number and one of the team will call you back (usually within 24 hours). Please note that for our guaranteed low internet prices orders need to be placed via the site, this helps us give you the best possible prices and speed of service as orders go straight through to our warehouse where your order will be picked and packed by our warehouse team (usually on the same day).

If you have a question regarding an existing order or need to provide further details due to the purchase of age restricted goods, then please contact our customer service department via e-mail (see bottom of the page). This way we can forward your question to the correct person and we will respond quickly. Alternatively please call our automated service, leave your details and a customer representative will contact you via telephone or e-mail in due course.  This number is not for sales and is open 24/7.
